Oregon Ballet Theatre does not cancel performances due to weather except in the most severe of conditions. Unless otherwise noted on our website, the show will go on!
We know that travel conditions can be dangerous for some guests. Should you have concerns about being able to arrive at the theater safely due to the weather, please contact our box office at 503-222-5538 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you with rescheduling your performance. Our box office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Conditions are evaluated continually and the decision to cancel a performance would most likely occur on the day of the performance. Please check our homepage for the most up-to-date information regarding performance status.
In the unlikely event that a performance is canceled, a notice will be posted to the top of our homepage (www.obt.org) and we will attempt to contact all ticketed guests by email immediately and by phone in the coming days to facilitate rescheduling your tickets. During a cancellation, you are welcome to contact our box office during business hours, however please know that due to high call volume, it may take some time to answer or return your call. Rest assured that your ticket will still be valid, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution as soon as possible.
If you have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, you will need to call their customer service directly at 800-653-8000.
