An invoice will be emailed to the contact email you submitted unless otherwise noted. Payment must be paid one week prior to performance, or you may lose your reservation.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Any changes to your reservation must be made via email to no later than one week prior to the performance. Your change or cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response. Please note – Due to high demand for seats, we often have a waiting list. It is imperative that you contact OBT if you need to cancel your reservation so another group may attend.
