Ruby Mae Lefebvre | Apprentice

Joined OBT in 2023

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Ruby Lefebvre began her dance training at OBT School under the direction of Damara Bennett. She continued her training at OBT School and was awarded the Elena Carter Memorial Scholarship in 2020. She has attended summer programs at the School of American Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. Her favorite performances and roles at OBT School include George Balanchine’s Serenade and Swanhilda in Coppélia. Her favorite roles and performances with OBT’s main company include Red Riding Hood in Christopher Stowell’s The Sleeping Beauty, Marzipan and Columbine in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker ®, and Sylph in August Bournonville’s La Sylphide.
