Abigail Diedrich | Apprentice

Abigail Diedrich is from Pasadena, Maryland. She began dancing at the age of 8 under the direction of Diana Cuatto at Ballet Theatre of Maryland, before continuing her training with Norma Pera at Baltimore School for the Arts from 2011-2013. In 2013, she joined the Professional Division at Pacific Northwest Ballet where she remained for two years, before moving to Portland to dance with Oregon Ballet Theatre’s second company. She has enjoyed performing both in the second company’s outreach programs, as well as company productions. At OBT thus far, her favorite roles include Dawn in the Annual School Performance of Coppelia, Teresina in August Bournonville’s Napoli, and Harlequin Doll in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®.
