RESPONSIBLITIES

Oregon Ballet Theatre seeks a Project Stitcher in OBT’s Costume Shop. The position is a total of 360 hours of work between March 1, 2023, and June 2, 2023, with some flexible nights and weekends and will have assigned work weeks throughout the above dates. The successful candidate will be tasked with building, altering, and repairing costumes for OBT’s Costume Shop and will operate a variety of sewing machines, including industrial single needle, zig zag, overlock and cover stitch machines.


QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates with demonstrated experience in machine and had sewing techniques; possess a knowledge of proper garment construction and finishing techniques; can work independently and as a team member; and have strong time management and communication skills. Compensation

This is an hourly position paying $18.00 per hour, working March 1, 2023, through June 2, 2023.
