As demand for performances grows, so does the number of unofficial ticket resale websites posing as legitimate sources for OBT tickets.
While these third-party sites may appear trustworthy, they often sell tickets at dramatically inflated prices, provide incorrect seating information, or deliver invalid tickets altogether. When this happens, OBT has no ability to help because the purchase did not occur through our authorized ticketing system.

These sites often charge significantly more than face value, add hidden fees, or sell tickets that do not accurately reflect real seat locations. Some customers have even discovered that the tickets they purchased were invalid or duplicated – only finding out when they arrive at the theater.
Because these tickets were not purchased directly from OBT, we unfortunately cannot verify, replace, or refund them.
