With over 18 years of experience in early childhood education and dance instruction, Molly has dedicated her career to fostering creativity, movement, and self-expression in young children. For the past three years, she has taught Pre-Ballet and Creative Movement at Oregon Ballet Theatre. Her deep understanding of child development, combined with her passion for the arts, continues to inspire young dancers. Molly is currently the Executive Director of Tiny Dance Life, a nonprofit enrichment program that brings the joy of dance directly into schools.
