Isaac Lee was born in Billings, Montana, and started learning ballet with John Grensback after moving to Eugene, Oregon at age 12. After participating in Houston Ballet Academy’s pre-professional division for 2 years, he spent a season dancing with Syracuse City Ballet, and Eugene Ballet. Isaac joined OBT as an Apprentice in 2021, and became a Company Artist in 2022.
Favorite Roles and Highlights
Some of his favorite roles include Captain Hook in Trey McIntyre’s Peter Pan, Three Preludes by Ben Stevenson and the Prince in Yuri Possokhov’s Firebird. Other career highlights for him include work by Rena Butler and Andi Shermoly.
Outside of Dance
When not dancing, Isaac enjoys tough bike rides, making music and curating his extensive rock collection.
