SCHOOL REGISTRAR

STATUS: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $45,000 – $48,000, plus full benefits
REPORTS TO: Director of Oregon Ballet Theatre School
DATE: February 2023

POSITION

The School Registrar is responsible for the School of Oregon Ballet’s registration process, ensuring the integrity of the School database, serving as the first point of contact for the School. Successful candidate will be responsible for school registration, class rosters and attendance tracking; work closely with the Business Office on account setup and collections; and assist School Administrator with school communications and coordination of school programs, rehearsals and performances.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum two years in role as a school registrar or similar role with a proven record of success in a highly dynamic environment. The role requires the ability to communicate and coordinate with various constituencies from students and parents to staff and the general public. A background in project management or previous experience as a registrar or similar role with proficiency in managing a contact management database and accounting system, as well as a strong aptitude to manage to deadlines and work in a dynamic environment, are essential.

Candidates must be able to pass a thorough background check and provide record of COVID vaccinations/boosters. While not required, successful candidates will have specific experience within dance and the arts.
