OBT Warehouse Safety Protocol
The health and safety of our patrons, dancers, and staff is our top priority. In order to ensure the safety of all, and in compliance with state and local safety guidelines, we have put in place new procedures and measures for any in-person performances at the OBT Warehouse.
- Seating for performances will be socially distanced ensuring groups are at least six feet apart and patrons will be assigned arrival times for staggered entry. The maximum capacity in the venue is 50 people including OBT staff and dancers
- Upon entry, patrons will have a no-touch temperature check and will complete a simple health screening questionnaire, as well as ensuring adequate information is collected for contact tracing as set by the state of Oregon. OBT staff and dancers will undergo this same process.
- Masks will be required at all times and the venue will be cleaned and sanitized between each performance. There will be multiple sanitizing stations at the venue.
- There will be no food or drink allowed in the venue and patrons are asked to limit personal items to reduce surface contact. There is no coat check in the venue.
OBT has a dedicated health and safety committee as well as a Covid-19 manager working to ensure best practices. The guidelines listed here will be modified as the situation evolves. We will be emailing specific instructions to ticketed patrons prior to their performance.
Thank you for your help in keeping our community healthy and safe!
