SUBSCRIBER TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unable to attend a performance, we are happy to exchange your tickets to an alternate performance of the same production. Please contact us prior to your original or desired performance date, whichever comes first. Either call the OBT ticket office with your tickets in hand or mail them to us with your full name, phone number and desired alternate performance date.
You’ll receive your new tickets in the mail if your exchange is received more than one week before your new performance date. Otherwise we’ll hold them for you at will call. The theater’s box office opens 2 hours prior to the performance start time. Please pick up your tickets no less than 30 minutes prior to the performance time.
Ticket exchanges must be made through the OBT Ticket Office. This service is not available at Ticketmaster outlets or performance venues or for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, their outlets or the PCPA Box Office.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Subscribers do not pay exchange fees. If you exchange into more expensive seating there will be a charge for the upgrade in ticket price.
TICKET DONATION
If you are unable to use or exchange your tickets, consider donating them back to OBT before the performance date (tickets are non-refundable). We will issue you a receipt for your donation, which may be tax-deductible.

Now you can email your tickets to friends, family or clients—even at the last minute.
2. POST YOUR TICKETS FOR SALE
When you can’t attend a show, post those tickets for sale online at Oregon Ballet TicketExchange! It’s safe and secure and accessible.
3. DONATE YOUR TICKETS BACK TO OBT
If you have tickets that you can’t use and would like to donate them back to Oregon Ballet Theatre, you can now do so quickly and easily.
