NO LATE SEATING
Out of respect for the artists and our patrons, all performances begin on time. Late arrivals will be seated at the first intermission. We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.
BABES IN ARMS POLICY
No children under 3 (except for Childrens’ Series performances and performances of The Nutcracker). All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The show must go on: OBT will not cancel performances due to weather conditions. If a sudden change in the weather causes dangerous conditions in your area, please call the OBT Ticket Office as soon as possible. We may be able to make special arrangements for you to attend an alternate performance.
NO REFUNDS
All programs are subject to change. Always save money and enjoy the best service by purchasing your tickets directly from OBT. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster cannot be exchanged.
PAY YOUR AGE
If you are aged 35 and under you can “pay your age” for a seat at any performance of Body Beautiful, Swan Lake, American Music Festivalor Celebrating Balanchine.
Here’s how to order your “Pay Your Age” tickets:
By Phone: Call 503.222.5538 and tell them you’d like to “Pay Your Age.” You will be required to give your email and birthdate and your ticket will be held in will call. On the night of the performance, you will be asked to show your photo ID with birthdate when you pick up your ticket.
In Person: Flash your photo ID with birthdate at the box office (818 SE 6th Avenue) to order and pick up a “Pay Your Age” ticket in person.
Night of the Performance (CASH ONLY): Go to the box office window no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance. The box office opens 2 hours before curtain. Be sure to bring CASH and photo ID with birthdate. Please note: CASH ONLY.
The Fine Print: Limit 1 ticket. Minimum price $15. Age based ticket price does not include handling and service charges. Not valid on previously purchased tickets. Not combinable with other offers. Subject to availability. This offer is not available online.
ARTS FOR ALL: Discounted Ballet Tickets for Oregon Trail Card Holders
OBT participates in Arts for All, a program which offers $5 tickets to anyone who receives food stamps (SNAP) and has the Oregon Trail Card.
The tickets available through the Arts for All program are located in the side boxes of both the Keller Auditorium and Newmark Theatres. VISIT OUR BOX OFFICE with your Oregon Trail Card to purchase up to two $5 tickets.* Seats may be purchased in advance or at the door. Purchase early because these tickets often sell out! Not valid on previously purchased tickets. May not becombined with other offers.
*You must show your Oregon Trail Card at the time of purchase and pay with cash or credit card. SNAP credit on the Oregon Trail Card cannot be used to by these tickets.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY FOR TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH THE OBT BOX OFFICE. Always save money and enjoy the best service by purchasing your tickets directly from OBT.

We are happy to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same production. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your original or alternate performance date, whichever comes first. There is a $6 per ticket exchange fee. You may also exchange tickets by mail. If you are mailing your tickets, please include the exchange fee, your full name and phone number, and your desired alternate performance.
You’ll receive your tickets in the mail if your exchange is received more than one week before your new performance date. Otherwise, we will hold them for you at will-call. The theater’s box office opens 2 hours prior to the performance start time. Please pick up your tickets no less than 30 minutes prior to the performance time.
Sorry, we cannot exchange tickets at the theater or after your performance date, and we are unable to exchange tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and their outlets (including the PCPA box office). Exchanges are subject to availability. If you exchange into more expensive seating there will be a charge for the upgrade in ticket price.
TICKET REPLACEMENT
If you misplace your tickets, call the OBT ticket office and we will have replacements waiting for you at the will-call window 2 hours prior to your performance. Please pick up will-call tickets at least 30 minutes before the performance start time.
TICKET DONATION
If you are unable to use or exchange your tickets, consider donating them back to OBT (at least 48 hours in advance) and we will issue you a donation receipt. Tickets are non-refundable.
