We will e-mail you a link which can be used to retrieve the packets from our website. Upon receipt of this form, we will send a confirmation. Invoices will be sent via email (unless otherwise requested) and must be paid one week prior to performance, or you may lose your reservation.

Please note - Due to high demand for seats, we often have a waiting list. It is imperative that you contact OBT if you need to cancel your reservation so another group may attend.
