Plenty of time to finalize the details - pay your 25% deposit with your reservation, then you have until 4 weeks prior to your selected show to pay in full and finalize your group number.

Reduced handling charges – pay a flat handling charge that will always be considerably less than a per ticket handling charge.

Free ticket exchange. Need to change your performance date after receiving your tickets? You can, for free.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO...
- Organize a group of at least 10 people
- Choose your performance date, time and seating area
- Email Paul Stavish at groupsales@obt.org or call 503.227.0977 x204.
- Once we receive your reservation we will send you an invoice confirmation. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due within 7 business days, and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your performance.
2011/2012 Group Sales Ticketing Policy

Group organizer will receive one complimentary ticket if the group is over 10 people. This would act as your 11th ticket. All groups pay for at least 10 tickets.

Pricing is valid for the 2011/2012 OBT Season only. Group discounts do not apply to the Annual School Performance. Programs and pricing subject to change. Due to high demand, some performances and price levels may have limited availability.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of placing an order.

Complete payment and minimum number in party guaranteed required no later than 4 weeks prior to the selected performance.

No refunds or cancellations are accepted once payment has been made.

If you need to exchange your tickets to another performance, we’ll happily exchange them up to 2 business days before the performance date. Exchanges are always subject to availability and may not be possible due to demand. To exchange, call Paul Stavish at 503-227-0977 x 204 and have the actual tickets in your possession. Exchanges must be made by the owner of the account that the tickets were issued to – usually this is the group organizer.

No patrons under 3 years of age are allowed to OBT performances, with the exception of The Nutcracker and performances in the Children’s Series. All attendees, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.

OBT offers assistance to assure that groups receive accessibility accommodations. We can help you reserve accessible seating.

OBT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of scalping or other misuse of the group ticket rate.
